At Freedom, the backbone of our business is finding great real estate operators to partner with. We create long term partnerships that enable both parties to work in their genius zone to deliver optimal value to investors.

We focus on raising equity capital and managing investor relations so our sponsor partners can focus on deal sourcing, diligence and managing real estate. We have successfully partnered with multiple sponsors whose businesses have grown substantially larger than they would have without their partnership with Freedom. We have more sponsors just starting with us now and are looking to grow with the right people.

Our model is simple and effective. Sponsors identify properties that meet our targets, we collaborate on the financing terms and fees, and then Freedom raises the majority of equity capital for deals from the significant number of Freedom investors. You remain in control by serving as the General Partner and the Freedom investors are Limited Partners that invest on a deal-by-deal basis into each of the deals promoted by Freedom.

This model works well for entrepreneurs with access to good deal flows in a market area that has a positive macro story, needing a bigger partner with access to capital to help them seize the opportunity to grow a substantially larger business.
